The quality of electro-galvanized is good, what factors are generally affected? About this point, we roll the plating production line, the rolling galvanizing production line manufacturers to introduce you!
The electroplating technology of electro-galvanizing includes slot plating, barrel plating, auto-plating, and continuous plating. The main factors that can affect the electro-galvanized results are:
1. The problem of the content of metallic zinc. If the content of metallic zinc is too much, the bright field will become narrow, and a relatively thick plating layer will be easily obtained. The content of iron in the plating layer will be reduced; if the content of metallic zinc is too small, then the bright field will be It will become wider and will meet the required thickness requirements for a longer period of time, and the iron content in the coating will increase.
2, is susceptible to the influence of sodium hydroxide. If there is a large amount of sodium hydroxide contained, the problem of scorching is likely to occur when the temperature is controlled. If the amount of sodium hydroxide contained is relatively small, the dispersing ability will be deteriorated.
3. It is affected by the content of metal iron and iron. If the content of metallic iron is relatively high, the content of iron in the coating will be relatively high, and the passivation film will not be bright. If the content of metallic iron is relatively small, the content of iron in the plating layer will be less, and the corrosion resistance will be less. It will decrease and the color will be biased towards olive.
4, affected by the brightener. If ZF-IOOA is too high, the brittleness of the electroplated zinc coating layer will become larger; if the content is too small, the low current range will be uncoated and the passivation color will be uneven. In addition to the four influencing factors mentioned above, the results of electrogalvanizing are also affected by temperature and cathode movement, and these factors must be taken into account during actual operation.
