Spot plating wheels are specialized tools for selective plating of lead frames for specific electronic products on a common roll-to-roll plating line. The spot plating wheel positions the lead frame through the ceramic nail, and the plated contact area is accurately sealed by the silicone member. Selective plating is a high-speed, economical plating method suitable for connector, LED, ASMD, IC, diode, triode and other electronic components lead frame for selective precious metal (gold, silver, palladium nickel, tin) plating. Since it can achieve selective electroplating for the functional area, the plating area is small, and it can achieve higher speed (max=30MPM) and save precious metal.
