An automated operating system for a sulfate-free process that details a simple, low-cost method to achieve stable process, operating conditions, and coating performance to improve performance and reduce operating costs.
The use of this device can further improve coating performance and extend solution operating life. This operating device automatically controls the process and allows unlimited operation of the solution. The system consists of a series of automated program controllers that simultaneously monitor and control up to three chemical nickel process solutions, including the nickel concentration, pH, temperature and solution level of the solution. In addition, the control unit can also monitor the solution density (specific gravity). When the solution density reaches a preset limit, the unit automatically begins to withdraw the solution and then performs the required replenishment and maintenance of the chemical nickel process at a stable density level. This operating device is capable of stable operation of the bath, typically within 10 metal cycles (MTO).
Continuous production equipment increases the capacity of electroplating plants and reduces operating costs by reducing cylinder opening, avoiding downtime of plating tank passivation and significantly reducing waste.
