The electroplating exhaust gas includes acidic exhaust gas (mainly alkali mist, sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride) generated by an electroplating line and cyanide-containing exhaust gas (mainly hydrogen cyanide). It mainly purifies the exhaust gas generated by electroplating and pickling.
The alkali mist-containing waste gas in the acid waste gas is mainly generated in the ultrasonic degreasing and electric de-oiling section of the pretreatment process, and the sulfuric acid mist-containing exhaust gas is mainly generated in the electroplating process copper plating and sulfuric acid activation section, and the hydrogen chloride-containing exhaust gas is mainly generated in the electroplating process. The nickel activation and hydrochloric acid activation section of the process; the cyanide-containing waste gas is mainly produced by copper plating, potassium neutralization, pre-silver plating, thick silver plating and electric decontamination section in the electroplating process.
The first type is acid waste gas, the main components are: H2SO4 fog, HCL, NOx, etc.;
The second category is cyanide-containing waste gas, the main components are: (CN) 2, etc.;
These exhaust gases are highly irritating and are directly discharged into the environment, which must cause serious pollution and must be thoroughly treated before they can be discharged. However, due to the large amount of surface treatment waste gas, the occurrence of many points, complex components, and often a mixture of various exhaust gases, it is difficult to effectively control. According to the requirements of the owner, in order to protect the environment, the exhaust gas must be treated for the worker's body.
