The neutralizing syrup passes through the liquid distributor at the top of the tower and is evenly sprayed into the packing layer, flowing down the surface of the packing layer until the bottom of the packing, and is discharged from the outside of the tower by the pipeline, and is circulated by the anti-corrosion circulating pump. Since the ascending exhaust gas and the descending absorbent are continuously contacted in the packed bed, the concentration of the solute in the ascending air current is getting lower and lower, and when it reaches the top of the tower, it has reached the absorption requirement and is discharged outside the tower. On the contrary, the concentration of the medium in the falling liquid is getting higher and higher, and the process conditions are required at the bottom of the tower, and the treatment is performed separately outside the discharge tower.
Tower body
The material of the tower body is made of anti-corrosion PP, which is resistant to aging and has a good appearance.
2. Sprinkler system
The sprinkler system is composed of pipeline (road) spray racks and nozzles. The pipeline (road) and the spray rack are welded by forming PP pipe. The nozzle adopts multi-layer spiral type non-clogging nozzle, and the material is PVC or PP. The nozzle has the characteristics of large flow, uniform spray, large spray area and no blockage.
